DA Porter Referring Land Deals To Grand Jury
Jun 5th, 2009 | By Editor | Category: All Posts, Government Representation, GwinnettThe AJC is reporting that Gwinnett District Attorney Danny Porter is referring recent Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners land acquisitions to a grand jury for investigation. He also threatened a grand jury investigation if the BoC approved another mulitimillion-dollar acquisition this week. The proposed land deal was subsequently tabled by the BoC until August 4th.
